  • Social Media Strategy: The creation of a comprehensive strategy generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Content Creation: Content (such as posts, images, or videos) will be delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule (monthly, weekly, or as per the specific project timeline).
  • Consulting Services: These services will be scheduled as per the client’s availability, typically within 2-5 business days after the request.
  • Other Services: Timelines for any custom or specialized services will be provided to you based on the scope and complexity of the request.

These timeframes are estimates, and we will inform you promptly if there are any delays or changes to the expected delivery schedule.

2. Delivery Method

  • Digital Delivery: All services provided by SocialHypeAgency are digital in nature. The delivery of your service will be conducted via email, cloud-based storage, or other digital methods depending on the nature of the service.
    • Reports/Strategy Documents: Delivered via email or a shared cloud link.
    • Social Media Content: Shared via email, shared folders (e.g., Google Drive), or directly on your social media platforms (if applicable).
    • Consultations/Meetings: Conducted via video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom or Google Meet.

3. Service Start Dates

The start date for each service may vary depending on the agreement and the type of service you have requested. In general:

  • Start Date: For ongoing services (e.g., social media management), the service will begin after the initial consultation and payment confirmation.
  • Custom Services: For more tailored or one-time services (e.g., strategy sessions, content creation), services will begin once all necessary information and materials have been received from you.

4. Delays

While we strive to deliver our services on time, there are factors beyond our control that could cause delays, such as:

  • Client Delays: If we are awaiting information, feedback, or materials from you, this may affect the delivery schedule.
  • Technical Issues: Occasionally, unforeseen technical difficulties may delay our ability to deliver services on time.
  • External Factors: Any unexpected external factors such as internet outages, software malfunctions, or issues with third-party providers.

If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised timeline for the delivery of services.

5. Satisfaction and Revisions

Please note that revisions are limited to the scope agreed upon at the start of the project. Any significant changes to the original scope may require additional charges.

6. Cancellations

If you decide to cancel a service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery or billing cycle. Cancellation requests made after this period may result in the full charge for the current service cycle.

Once you have canceled a service, we will ensure no further work is done, and you will receive the last agreed-upon deliverables.
